At our winery we work at extracting the distinct bold flavors of each grape varietal with great attention to detail in all aspects of the winemaking process. Our goal is to create complex, well-balanced, and memorable wine.
Our winery is located on our vineyard premises, which allows for Estate fruit to be delivered quickly and easily for optimum character extraction of the grape. Our fruit is then cold-soaked for extended maceration allowing all of the essence of the fruit to shine forth.
We age our wines in a variety of wood ranging from French, American, and Hungarian oak for 2 – 3 years. Once the wine is ready to be bottled, careful deliberation is made in deciding which barrels are chosen for each blend.
Our focus is on Bordeaux single varietals and blends, all of which are from Estate-grown fruit. We are currently growing Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Malbec, Petit Verdot, Merlot, Petite Sirah, and Zinfandel. Please see our wine list for more information and current releases.
