-All shipments will be 3 times a year in: February, June & October with the exception of Festival of Loco Club which is once a year in October.
-Emails are sent prior to billing and shipment to give you the option to make any adjustments in the wine selection or add to your shipment. Wines offered in our wine club are the very same wines you’ve come to enjoy in our tasting room and elsewhere. Members may Pickup or have wines Shipped, shipping fees do apply. Must have adult signature to receive wine. Consider having your wine sent to your work address, neighbor, or FEDEX Kinkos location to ease the burden of having someone present to sign. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
-You are welcome to enjoy the discounts of your membership from the first day you sign up. Discounts will be shown at checkout. Your first club shipment will be billed and shipped on the next cycle. IE: If you sign up in January, you will receive your first shipment in February, then in June, and again in October. Your discounts will also be available to you when you place orders over the phone or walk into our tasting room.
-By joining, you express to join for at least one year (3 shipments).
- By joining you give Locatelli Winery permission to charge your credit/debit card for the wine club membership option you have chosen.
-Cancellation from the wine club may be done anytime after your one year anniversary.
-Memberships will be recurring until member cancels by phone, email or written letter.
-Club members are responsible for supplying Locatelli Vineyards & Winery with any address changes two weeks prior to the posted shipment schedule. If a shipment goes to an old address, the member is responsible for all charges incurred for rerouting or return of wine.
-Club members are responsible for supplying Locatelli Vineyars & Winery with any credit/debit card changes two weeks prior to a scheduled shipment. If a credit/debit card is declined and not updated within two weeks, member's allocation and club status may be forfeited.
*NOTE: LOCATELLI Winery has the discretion to substitute wines in shipments held over 90 days.
