Crafted by owner/winemaker Louis Gregory, this ultra limited production and
unique wine was made following French Beaujolais Nouveau tradition using carbonic maceration methods
and bottled only days after fermentation to display the purity of wine without age or oak. The result is an
extremely youthful wine, laden with layers of lively and fresh red fruits. Made from our estate grown Cabernet
Sauvignon, this wine displays pronounced and woven flavors of cranberry, bubblegum, ripe pomegranate,
strawberry and hints of banana and dragon fruit.
